Functions:

• Managing transport assets, including the promotion of new transport infrastructures, their development and construction, as well as operation, maintaining and optimization of these infrastructures.
• Research, development and innovation activities (R+D+i).

TRANSPORT NETWORK

In December 2010, NATURGAS ENERGÍA had 425 kilometres of gas pipelines for transporting natural gas, mainly located in the Basque Country. Taking the length of the network into account, NATURGAS ENERGÍA is the second transporter of the Spanish market. It also contributes to reinforce and vitalize the industrial net of the communities in which it operates.
